Task

The “Vinzenz magazin” of the Vinzenz Group, Austria’s most important hospital holding and management company, is published four times a year. The target group are patients, referring doctors, employees and friends of the hospitals of the Vinzenz Group. We were commissioned to design the print and online editions in line with the current corporate design of the Vinzenz Group.

The beginning of the work for each “Vinzenz magazin” is the project coordination and preparation of the editorial plan. The layout is arranged with the responsible journalist of the Vinzenz Group. Together with her we finalise the articles at our agency. The next step is the production, including image editing, proofreading and print data.

In order to make the Vinzenz magazine accessible to its readers online, editorials and interesting topics are edited into a digital magazine and made available for networking in social media.

The staff magazine “Wir&Hier” (We&Here) is also published four times a year, presenting the latest information from the houses of the Vinzenz Group. Also here we take on the project coordination and production, including image editing, proofreading and print data.
