BHS Ried - Social media consulting

Task

For BHS Ried, a preventive elaboration of possible crisis scenarios and how to deal with them on social media was developed. At the same time, we were commissioned with the development, conception and content filling of the new Instagram channel. The goal was to build a community and create attention-grabbing and entertaining posts.

Our solution

We created an Instagram presence for BHS Ried incl. symbol selection and introduction concept. On a content creation day at the hospital, a variety of topics were produced in form of reels, which pull through the style of the online communication in a consistent and dynamic manner in addition to the current posts.

All reels were conceived, filmed, edited and finalized by us. We were also responsible for the planning and implementation of the launch campaign and thus built up an active regional and national community in a short time.
